Shipping policy

We have a standard shipping rate of AUD$12.00 for deliveries to Australia with international orders charged at cost.  We believe this makes it easy for our customers.

We also offer as standard FREE Shipping for orders over AUD$130.00 This happens automatically at checkout and applies to the total sale price after any other discounts have been applied. 

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Australian customers will receive your order in 3-7 business days from the date that we advise it has been shipped.

Please kindly note, Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing Time

It normally takes 1-3 days for us to process your order.  Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

4) Express Shipping is available.

5) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

6) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

7) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.
